Meet your 2019 recruit: Taylor Poitier, OL, Kansas City, KS

Bishop Miege HS (Kansas City, KC) three star prospect Taylor Poitier is a 2019 Wildcat recruit. The offensive linemen committed to Kansas State in December after fielding offers from SMU and Wyoming.
Poitier is undersized to play guard or center at the D1 level at this point, but will spend a season in the weight room and on a muscle adding diet regimen in order to get closer to an ideal playing weight to play on the inside.
A couple of things that really stand out to you on film about Poitier are his hands, which are elite and quick. He also has fantastic lateral quickness which he'll aim to keep as he bulks up a bit.
ESPN rated Poitier as the 8th best recruit in Kansas this year, and the 56th best offensive linemen.
It will be exciting to see Poitier's development over the next 12 months in Manhattan. He has rare quickness for a big man that will translate well on the inside of the line.
