The Miami Hurricanes recruiting class of 2024 is even better than we realized.

The top four recruiting services of 247Sports, On3 Sports, Rivals and ESPN have all finalized their player rankings for the most recent recruiting class. Miami signees like edge rushers Marquise Lightfoot and Booker Pickett Jr, quarterback Judd Anderson, cornerback Ryan Mack, and defensive tackle Justin Scott have seen their stock rise after excellent senior seasons in high school and impressive performances in January all star games.

As a result of ratings bumps for a handful of players, the Hurricanes have improved their class from number four to number three in the 247Sports Composite rankings.

Miami sits only behind Georgia and Alabama. Ohio State and Oregon round out the top five after the Hurricanes. Miami finished with the top class in the ACC and best in the state of Florida. The next highest rated class in the conference is Clemson at number 11. Florida State finished 12th and Florida finished with the 15th rated class.

The Hurricanes have three 5-star signees for the first time in the 247Sports era. All three 5-stars, Scott, Lightfoot and Armondo Blount, play on the defensive line. Head coach Mario Cristobal made sure to make the D-line a primary area of focus after landing a pair of 5-star offensive lineman (Francis Mauigoa and Samson Okunlola) last year.

Miami is credited with landing eleven 4-star signees and thirteen 3-stars.
