·       Don’t forget to join me each weeknight for Mid-Michigan’s most sports at 6:15 p.m. Monday thru Friday on ABC 53.

·       On Hondo’s House Friday night, I am talking Pistons basketball with my buddy Tony Brown from TV20 in Detroit, the Pistons station. Stay tuned!

·       Yesterday readers of Sparta Nation were not surprised when we it was announced that Drew Miller was leaving MSU. I am very proud of Drew and I am very happy for him.

·       I am so angry that Zacarias Moussaoui didn’t get the death penalty. Now they will use my taxes to keep him alive. That is wrong. If they need a volunteer, let me know, I would perform the execution.

·       The Timberwolves are trying desperately to make Kevin Garnett want to play there. Make no mistake, Kevin would never complain publicly. McHale however in my opinion is a total worthless piece of crap as a G.M. and I would want to leave to. My sources in Philly, and it was confirmed by someone in the NBA last night at the Palace, as well as very early this morning by a friend in Minneapolis, that the Wolves want Iverson, and will give “just about anything” to get him with Garnett.

·       Matt Leinart I guess is dating Paris Hilton. Everyone but the Arrow and me have so who cares?

·       The Dolphins have told the Lions: “no more” in trying to seek a trade. They will wait until he is cut. Millen did nothing wrong, he is sticking to his principles and that is certainly his prerogative.

·       T.J. to remain in Atlanta? Sources very close to the Falcons confirmed early this morning that they think there is about an 80% chance that T.J. will remain a Falcon. We wish T.J. nothing but love and hope he gets a new deal soon.

·       Trent Dilfer wants out of Cleveland and should get his wish in the next few days. He is from Fresno and the 49ers want a veteran back up for Smith.

·       Nick Saban met last night with Ricky Williams about his options (including playing in the CFL) there is no word yet from either camp or out Argonauts sources about what happened.

·       Grant Hill is going to retire. I just got off the phone with a source VERY CLOSE to Grant and he had found out late this morning.

·       Andrew Bogut the center for the Bucks is a total tool.  He is the anti-Charlie Bell. The Bucks from top to bottom are a great organization and I wish they didn’t have to put up with that guys crap.

·       My sources in Stillwater just told me that Eddie Sutton the Coach of the Cowboy’s is going to be offered a one year deferred sentence when he goes before the court latter this season. Either Sutton or OSU has made no statement about whether or not he would return to the bench.

·       Pavel Datsyuk will be back as a Red Wing next season unless someone makes a “stupid” offer to the Wings. That was a fresh decision that was made today by the Wings.

·       It is only 5 months and 3 days until the MSU vs. UM football game!
