Tracking players in the transfer portal the Gophers are targeting
The 30-day transfer portal opened up Monday and already the Gophers have a number of outgoing transfers, of which a running list can be found here. But what about the inbound transfers to fill the holes of graduates and outbound players?

Transfer portal commitments
New Hampshire QB Max Brosmer
Brosmer announced his commitment Sunday night, giving Minnesota their 2024 quarterback who led the FCS this season 3,449 passing yards to go along with 29 touchdown passes.
Indiana RB Trent Howland
Howland rejected the Gophers coming out of high school but is now set to join a talented backfield with Darius Taylor and Jordan Nubin. In three seasons at Indiana Howland rushed for 386 yards and two touchdowns.
Bucknell DB Ethan Robinson
Minnesota landed one of the hotter names in the portal is FCS defensive back Ethan Robinson, who has received offers from 16 schools including USC, Arkansas, Arizona State, among others. Robinson had 43 tackles, three interceptions and ten pass deflections for Bucknell in the 2023.
FIU Jordan Geurad DL
Geurad was First team All-Conference USA in 2023. The 6-foot-3, 295-pound defensive lineman registered 84 tackles and 5 sacks in three years at FIU.
Navarro College (Texas) Eddy Toussom EDGE
Tousssom comes from the junior college ranks, piling up eight sacks for Navarro College in 2023. The 6-foot-5, 240-pound edge rusher had 18 other offers, including one from Jerry Kill's New Mexico State, before committing to Minnesota.
Transfer portal players Minnesota has offered
Purdue WR Abdur-Rahmaan Yaseen
Grad transfer who has offers from a number of schools including Michigan State, Kentucky and South Carolina. Yaseen caught 25 passes for 329 yards for the Boilermakers in 2023.
Wake Forest RB Justice Ellison
Ellison rushed for 1,901 yards and 15 touchdowns in four years at Wake Forest. Minnesota running back room for the 2024 currently boast just three backs (Darius Taylor, Jordan Nubin and walk-on Cortez LeGrant).
Michigan St WR Tyrell Henry
Henry caught 24 passes for 195 yards and three touchdowns for the Spartans in 2023. The sophomore receiver has announced he's received offers from the Badgers and Gophers since entering the portal.

Kent State WR Trell Harris
Harris enters the portal after catching 26 passes for 399 yards and one touchdown for the Golden Flashes in 2023. Harris has two years of eligibility and has received offers from Michigan State and West Virginia.
Vanderbilt WR Will Sheppard
The 6-foot-3 Vanderbilt wide receiver entered the portal after catching 152 passes for 2,067 yards and 21 touchdowns in for years for the Commodores. Sheppard has received offers from a number of SEC schools including South Carolina, Auburn and Texas A&M.
Wake Forest WR Jahmal Banks
Banks caught 59 passes for 653 yards and four touchdowns for Wake Forest this season. The 6-foot-4 receiver was a preseason All-ACC first teamer.
Oklahoma State WR Blaine Green
The redshirt sophomore caught 13 passes for 102 yards for the Cowboys in 2023.
Fresno State QB Logan Fife
The junior QB appeared in 24 games for the Bulldogs over the last three seasons, throwing for 1,585 yards and six touchdowns while completing 63.8-percent of his passes.
