Another weekend with a series win on the road for Nebraska baseball.

The Huskers (6-3) earned a comeback win Saturday at College of Charleston (7-2). The win clinches the now-three game series.

Friday's game was canceled due to rain with no plans to make it up over the rest of the weekend.

Trailing 4-1 going into the eighth inning, Nebraska plated a pair of runs in each of the final two frames to notch the victory.

Brett Sears put together a quality start, giving up two earned runs on two hits over 6.0 innings, striking out seven. Ty Horn got the win, pitching the seventh and eighth innings, giving up a pair of runs. Casey Daiss got the save for his scoreless ninth inning.

Eight Huskers notched hits, led by a 3-for-5 outing from Riley Silva.

The series concludes Sunday at noon CST.
