It wasn't pretty for the majority of the action, but Nebraska men's basketball grabbed another win Monday night.

NU took down Rider 64-50 in the Cornhusker Classic. The Huskers are now 3-0 on the season.

Keisei Tominaga opened the game with a 3, but he would not hit another until knocking down back-to-back triples around the 10-minute mark of the second half. Those two makes propelled Nebraska, previously up by one point, onto a 17-0 run.

Rider went scoreless for more than nine minutes as Nebraska pulled away for the victory.

The Huskers shot 33.3 percent from the floor, including 9-of-31 on 3s. The free throw shooting remained solid, going 17-of-22.

The Broncs shot 30.4 percent and made just six of their 25 three-point attempts.

A trio of Huskers reached double figures: CJ Wilcher (13), Rienk Mast (12) and Josiah Allick (10). Mast earned his second consecutive double-double, adding 13 rebounds.

Nebraska continues the Cornhusker Classic on Wednesday, hosting Stony Brook.
