A fourth-and-1 run out of the shotgun turned into a disastrous play for Nebraska against Purdue

A decision to run from the shotgun formation on fourth-and-1 has Dr. Rob Zatechka scratching his head. The play never had a chance when Nebraska tried it during the fourth quarter Saturday against Purdue. Worse yet, Jeff Sims fumbled and Purdue turned it into a scoop and score. Dr. Rob explains what went wrong and what might have been different had Sims been under center instead of several yards behind the line of scrimmage.
