The 300th consecutive sellout ended in the same fashion as many of the matches over that time—with a sweep.

No. 4 Nebraska volleyball cruised to the 25-16, 17, 7 sweep of Iowa. The Huskers are now 36-0 all-time against the Hawkeyes.

Nebraska took control of the first two sets and slowly put them away. In the third, playing things out was simply a formality. Leading 13-6, the Huskers closed on a 12-1 run.

NU outhit Iowa .305 to -0.070. Part of that defensive effort were the nine blocks and 51 digs on the night.

Kaitlyn Hord had a game-high seven blocks while Ally Batenhorst chipped in five. Lexi Rodriguez picked up 17 digs.

Nicklin Hames led the offense with 25 assists.

Madi Kubik had 12 kills on .400 hitting. Whitney Lauenstein hit .500 to reel in 11 kills.

Nebraska improved to 22-2 on the year and 14-1 in the Big Ten Conference. That keeps Big Red in the hunt for a league title, with a monster match at No. 6 Ohio State Sunday.
