The first COVID-19 cancellation of the fall has hit the Huskers.

The 11 a.m. season opener Friday with Tulsa has been cancelled due to COVID-19 protocols. The new opener will be the originally scheduled 6:30 p.m. Friday match against Colgate. The Huskers will then still play Kansas State at 4 p.m. Saturday.

The schedule for the Husker Invitational has been updated to move the Kansas State-Colgate match to Friday at 11 a.m., where fans will receive free admission.

Ticketholders to the Nebraska-Tulsa match will be refunded at the end of the season to include any further cancellations that may arise.
