Nebraska volleyball got another sweep in the NCAA Tournament Saturday night.

The No. 1 Huskers swept Missouri 25-14, 19, 21 at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. NU is now 30-1 on the season and advances to the regional round next week.

The night began as well as one could have hoped, with Bergen Reilly at the service line and Nebraska off to a 7-0 lead. Reilly notched three of her match-high four aces in those first seven points. Coming into the match, she had 21 total aces on the season.

From there, NU had to fight off a short run from the Tigers before running away with the rest of the first and controlling the second. Missouri put up a fight in the third set. The Tigers led 15-14 then again at 20-19, but Nebraska closed on a 6-1 run to finish the set and the match.

After hitting just .111 in the first set, Nebraska improved with a .333 in the second and .273 in the third to finish at .264. Missouri hit .089.

Merritt Beason led the Big Red attack with 12 kills on .435 hitting. She added five blocks, trailing only middles Bekka Allick (8) and Andi Jackson (6).

Nebraska will host the regional round Thursday and Saturday. NU will take on Georgia Tech (26-4, 13-5 ACC) while the other match is SEC champion Kentucky (21-7, 16-1 SEC) against Arkansas (27-5, 15-3 SEC).
