'They Can Have That': Ohio State Ex Puts Michigan Losses Behind Him

Former Ohio State Buckeye Cameron Brown has put the two-straight losses to Michigan behind him as he prepares for the NFL Draft.

The hate between the Ohio State Buckeyes and Michigan Wolverines is a big part of why their rivalry is one of the best in all of sports.

But for the Buckeyes, who have been on the losing side of the rivalry in the last two years, those who are no longer in Columbus are now putting those losses aside as they prepare to play in the NFL alongside former Wolverines.

Buckeyes cornerback Cam Brown spoke with the media about the two straight losses to Michigan and essentially treated it as "water under the bridge."

"They won two games in the last 15 [minutes]," Brown said in an interview with Cleveland.com. "They got it. They can have that."

Brown's assessment was right; Michigan was able to pull away in the fourth quarter. Last season, a 15-play drive that spanned seven minutes from the Wolverines helped them win as a J.J. McCarthy rushing touchdown extended their lead to 11 at 31-20 before Michigan scored two more times.

Michigan and head coach Jim Harbaugh are also the two-time defending Big Ten champions, looking to capture a third straight conference title. But Ohio State will have every shot at ending the Wolverines' winning ways in "The Game" while potentially halting another appearance for Michigan in the Big Ten Championship.

The two rivals will meet again on November 25th, 2023, this time with Michigan playing host in the Big House.
