Ohio State Buckeyes WR Marvin Harrison Jr. Wins Biletnikoff Award

Ohio State Buckeyes star Marvin Harrison Jr. has been named the most outstanding receiver in college football.

Ohio State Buckeyes receiver Marvin Harrison has won the 2023 Biletnikoff Award, honoring the nation's top receiver.

Harrison Jr. beat out a three-player field that included Washington Huskies receiver Rome Odunze and LSU Tigers receiver Malik Nabers.

Harrison is also one of four Heisman Trophy finalists, joining three quarterbacks in LSU's Jayden Daniels, Washington's Michael Penix Jr. and Oregon Ducks' Bo Nix. He'll be in New York City for the award ceremony Saturday night.

During the regular season, Harrison Jr. posted 67 catches for 1,211 yards and 14 touchdowns. He had eight 100-yard receiving games this season, including three games of at least 160 yards.

No. 7 Ohio State will take on No. 9 Missouri in the Cotton Bowl on Friday, Dec. 29. It's still unclear if Harrison Jr. will play in the game as he weighs his NFL decision.

Harrison Jr. was asked about this during ESPN's announcement of the award on Friday night.

"I have not made a decision yet about my future. So I'll talk to my family. See what's best decision for me.

This echoed what he told the media earlier this week.

"Still undecided ... coming into this year, I wanted to beat that team up north and win the Big Ten Championship and obviously I did not do that this year. I think it's a great motive to come back if that's what I decide to do," Harrison said when asked if he would suit up against the Tigers or enter the draft.
