Wisconsin Badgers Ready to 'Challenge' Ohio State Buckeyes WR Marvin Harrison Jr.

Ohio State Buckeyes receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. won't be flying under the radar against the Wisconsin Badgers.

The Ohio State Buckeyes boast one of the best receivers in college football with Marvin Harrison Jr., and the Wisconsin Badgers are well aware of the dangers he presents.

The two Big Ten foes will meet for a conference battle on Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium, and the Badgers (5-2) already have a plan of action to get Harrison Jr. uncomfortable in order to help pull out a huge upset over No. 3 Ohio State (7-0).

“Ultimately we’re going to have to challenge him and make him earn it, be physical with him, make sure he doesn’t have anything easy, and don’t let him get comfortable out there," Wisconsin cornerback Ricardo Hallman said, per SI.com's All Badgers.

Despite the 52-21 loss to Ohio State last year, the Badgers actually held Harrison Jr. in check, as he finished that game with three catches for 45 yards.

This season, many secondaries have tried to slow down Harrison Jr., and many have failed. The potential top-five pick currently has the ninth-most receiving yards in the country (766), which also leads the Big Ten. He's second in the conference in receptions (42), receiving touchdowns (six) and average yards per catch (18.2).

The Badgers have been respectable against the pass this season, allowing 196.3 passing yards per game. However, this ranks just eighth-best (or seventh-worst) in the conference, depending on how you look at it.

But the team yardage totals might not matter considering that Hallman leads the Big Ten with four interceptions. If there's anyone that can be Wisconsin's go-to guy against Harrison Jr., it's him.

The Buckeyes and Badgers kickoff on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
