STILLWATER -- Saturday was a good day for Oklahoma State football. Even though it was Kansas, the Cowboys played a solid game of offensive and defensive football.

The Cowboys forced turnovers on defense and held KU to under 300 total yards of offense, while putting up nearly 500 yards on offense.

It was also a good day recruiting-wise because according to Robert Allen of GoPokes.com, Oklahoma State played host to an official visitor from Utah.

Nicolas Session, a 6-0, 190-pound safety is out of Salt Lake City, UT and is a projected early enrollee. While he's currently a safety, Jim Knowles has actually recruited Session as a linebacker, a position that Oklahoma State needs to find some depth at in this, and next year's class as well.

The only hang up with Session? He's currently committed to Utah State. But what's interesting about that is that he's got three official visits scheduled: Oklahoma State this past weekend, Hawaii on Nov. 23 and Oregon State Dec. 13.

There's obviously still a lot of time for Session to make his way to Logan, Utah for an official visit before the start of the Dec. signing period, but also with him living in Utah, there's probably not that big of a rush to get there.

Session has received five offers throughout his recruiting cycle: Oklahoma State, BYU, Hawaii, Oregon State and Utah State. He is listed as a three-star prospect and is listed as the No. 106 ranked safety in the 2020 class and the No. 10 overall prospect out of Utah.
