Oklahoma State Makes The Cut For Four-Star Defensive Back Kobi Foreman

Can Oklahoma State land a commitment from Kobi Foreman?

On Monday, highly touted defensive back Kobi Foreman released a top-five list that included Oklahoma State. The other schools on the list were SMU, Baylor, Arizona State, and Houston. Foreman comes from Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas, and is listed at 5-foot-10.5, 170 pounds. He's also got the speed required for the position, as he posted a 10.86 100-meter dash as a sophomore.

Foreman is rated as the 338th overall prospect by the 247 Composite (#35 CB), making him the 52nd-ranked player in the state of Texas. The Pokes currently do not have anyone committed in the 2025 class, but this is an excellent start. Oklahoma State has a chance to land an excellent athlete who took snaps in all three phases of the game as a junior.

This is absolutely something to watch going forward, as Foreman could very well end up in Oklahoma State's 2025 class. The Pokes have a lot to offer, and with the changing landscape of the Big 12, they have an opportunity to cement themselves as the top dog in a Power Five conference. It'll be interesting to monitor this recruitment going forward, and I am excited to see how the Oklahoma State staff continues to push for Foreman's commitment.
