Five Gamecocks Receive Invite To 2024 NFL Combine
We're less than three months away before dreams become realities for the best talent college football had to offer in the 2023 season. Although the South Carolina Gamecocks didn't accomplish all of their on-field goals, they didn't lack individual talent. That's evidenced by the fact that when the NFL announced their invite list for the Combine, which begins later this month in Indianapolis, IN, five Gamecocks found themselves listed: Spencer Rattler, Xavier Legette, Trey Knox, Nick Gargiulo, and Marcellas Dial.

Rattler is coming off the heels of an MVP performance in the Reese's Senior Bowl, where he received recognition from some who are highly-regarded in the NFL scouting community and those who went up against him in practice. Legette also received high praise from some who were in attendance down in Mobile, AL.
Gargiulo and Dial were the other two Gamecocks who received all-star game invites earlier this offseason, with Nick accepting an invite to the Hula Bowl and Dial accepting an invite to the East-West Shrine Bowl.
