After a quiet first three innings from both clubs, Oregon State struck first in the fourth inning putting up two runs.

They followed that up with another two runs in the fifth, to which Stanford was only able to respond with one of their own to make it 4-1 Beavers. It wasn't until the seventh inning that the bats awoke for the Cardinal as Eddie Park and Carter Graham smacked a two-out double that scored three of the four runs in the inning to flip a 4-2 deficit into a 5-4 lead, both led the surge.

Park finished the day 3-for-3 with two RBIs, while Graham finished with just one very clutch hit on the day. According to Stanford Athletics, Park has now hit safely in four straight games, and Graham is in the midst of an eight game hit streak.

On the bump it was junior Drew Dowd  (2-1) who got the victory out of the bullpen for Stanford (13-5, 4-2 Pac-12). He threw three shutout innings without giving up a hit, allowing no walks and striking out four.

Stanford's next series sees them host Utah with the first game on March 25.
