Bo MacCormack Sets Two Syracuse Visits

The talented class of 2025 recruit will get a closer look at the Orange, including an official visit.

Class of 2025 Westford (MA) Buckingham Browne & Nichols School athlete Bo MacCormack is one of the most intriguing prospects in New England. Recruited by most as a running back, he also has the ability to play receiver or defensive back at the next level. After accumulating 2,150 total yards and 31 touchdowns as a junior, the 6-0, 190 pounder has accumulated nearly a dozen offers. They include power five scholarship opportunities from Boston College, Nebraska, Rutgers and Syracuse.

Syracuse is a school that offered last month and has made him a priority this cycle.

"Talk very often," MacCormack said. "Relationship is good. All very good guys."

MacCormack will get a chance to see everything Syracuse has to offer over the next few months as he has scheduled both an unofficial and an official visit. He will be on campus for an unofficial on March 28th and start his official visit on May 31st.

The Orange, he says, is recruiting him at running back where he has been a dynamic offensive weapon in high school. When MacCormack visits Syracuse, he knows exactly what he's going to be looking for in order to determine if it is the right fit.

"(I want to) see everyone in person and how they do things at practice and all," MacCormack said.

As of now, there is no definitive timeframe for a decision. It could, theoretically, come at any time.

"Whenever I feel I found the right spot," MacCormack said.
