Four Star Wide Receiver Jason Robinson Sets Syracuse Visit

The former USC commit will get a closer look at the Orange.

Class of 2024 Long Beach (CA) Poly wide receiver Jason Robinson has scheduled an unofficial visit to Syracuse, he tells All Syracuse. Robinson will be on campus on April 12th to get a closer look at the program, the facilities, the coaching staff, the culture and more.

Robinson is a former USC commit who pledged to the Trojans in September 2021 but reopened his recruitment in February of this year. The 5-11, 160 pounder is rated a four star prospect by ESPN, Rivals and the 247Sports composite.

Syracuse extended its offer to Robinson in February.

"Coach Johnson watched my film and was happy with what he saw," Robinson said. "He contacted my mom and dad and they got me in touch with him. We talked and he expressed a lot of interest and offered."

Robinson said he was "very excited" to get the offer from Syracuse and thinks highly of wide receivers coach Mike Johnson.

"Does his homework," Robinson said. "Really straightforward and likes to recruit real dawgs."

In addition to Syracuse, Robinson holds offers from Arizona, Arizona State, California, Cincinnati, Colorado, Florida State, Miami, Notre Dame, Penn State, Pittsburgh, TCU, Utah, Washington State and several others.
