Class of 2025 Chicago (IL) Morgan Park linebacker Jovan Clark is one of the top players in the Midwest. He currently holds offers from Boston College, Kansas, Louisville, Maryland, Missouri and Syracuse, among others. The Orange have stayed in constant communication since he visited in March 2022. 

"Several coaches are keeping in touch," Clark said. "I must say they're showing me they're interested." 

As a sophomore, Clark racked up 126 tackles, 24 tackles for loss, eight sacks and five interceptions. That is why several power five programs are prioritizing him, including Syracuse. Clark says he plans to get back to campus this fall. 

"Yes I will be trying to get to a game this season," Clark said. "I been there for the whole visit but not a game. They will be my top list for an official. 

"I mean they were my first unofficial visit and they treated me great. Love the schools, the old fashion history from Jim Brown to Donovan McNabb. The staff and coach Dino were great." 

Clark has also taken note of the chance to get on the field early should he pick Syracuse. 

"It's a good school with a good program," Clark said. "I love the style of play and your time to get on the field depends on you rather than if you're a freshman or upperclassman." 

In addition to Syracuse, Clark says Louisville, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee and Wisconsin are currently recruiting him hard.

Mike's career started with his own free blog as a way to vent following sporting events. Mike oversaw the transition from Scout to 247Sports, and ran the site on that network for years.  Presented with the opportunity to join one of the biggest names in the sports journalism industry, Sports Illustrated, Mike jumped at the chance. All Syracuse was started from scratch by Mike and the Fan Nation team. It has now become a staple for Orange fans of various sports.  Mike has broken news on recruiting, Syracuse basketball and football team information and has established himself as the top recruiting inside in the market. He has appeared on local radio shows, television broadcasts, national radio shows and much more. Mr. McAllister has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Information Management from Roberts Wesleyan College.
