Syracuse Adds Travis Brown-Miller to 2024 Recruiting Class

The Orange has landed a commitment from an offensive line prospect.

Syracuse football has added to its 2024 recruiting class as the Orange announced the signing of Teaneck (NJ) High offensive lineman Travis Brown-Miller. Miller is listed at 6-6, 300 pounds per his Max Preps page. He was credited with 58 pancake blocks in 11 games during his senior season, also per Max Preps.

Miller was named to the All Ivy Red Conference First Team by NorthJersey.com, one of five offensive linemen to earn the honor.

Syracuse has made the offensive a huge priority this offseason. With the change from Dino Babers to Fran Brown as head coach of the Orange, so to came a change in offensive line coach. Dale Williams takes over this season, and has helped to reshape the roster up front.

Other offensive linemen from the 2024 recruiting class that signed with Syracuse include Willie Goodacre and Noah Rosahac. Two-way lineman Xavier Miles may end up as an offensive lineman as well.

That was not all Syracuse has done with the line, however. The Orange pursued several offensive linemen in the transfer portal, and has added Howard transfer Da'Metrius Weatherspoon and Georgia transfer Joshua Miller. Syracuse may not be done looking to the portal. The next portal window will open after the spring where more players across the country will enter looking for a new home.
