When it comes to winning in college football results off of the field matter almost as much as those on the field. If you can't recruit at a high-level odds are you won't be able to compete, either.

Under Jimbo Fisher the Texas A&M Aggies have had no issues in either department, consistently winning eight or more games while recruiting at an elite level.

Despite a disappointing 5-7 record last season on the heels of a historic 2022 recruiting class, the Aggies still landed an elite class in 2023. Once again they are poised to do so in 2024 as they currently come in at No. 16 overall in On3's latest industry team recruiting rankings

What makes this even more impressive is the Aggies find themselves already just outside the top 15 having only landed four commitments in the 2024 class. With plenty of time between now and when the 2024 class will be finalized they will likely soar up the rankings.

Of course, at the end of the day the best way to ensure another loaded recruiting class is simple - produce wins on the field. Otherwise, there's no telling what the Aggies' 2024 class will look like this time next year.
