COLLEGE STATION - The Mississippi duo will take on Texas A&M in back to back weeks, hoping that one could pull off an upset. The Aggies were able to hold on late in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium to give Rebels a 24-17 loss and move to 4-3 on the season.

The Bulldogs could be a tricky opponent this upcoming week for Texas A&M as they're finally finding a rhythm on offense. Freshman quarterback Garrett Shrader has done his job both through the air and on the ground while the defense could cause turnovers.

No matter the case, it will be the Aggies game to lose at Kyle Field Saturday morning. Las Vegas would tend to agree as they have A&M entering the game as a clear favorite to win.

The Aggies will begin the week as a nine-point favorite over the Bulldogs with the over/under entering at 51. The game is scheduled for an 11 A.M. kick, the earliest matchup of the season for the Aggies thus far.

Mississippi State will be coming into Aggieland with a 3-4 record. This past weekend, the Bulldogs fell to No.2 LSU at home, 36-13. Joe Burrow set a school record with his 29th touchdown pass of the season while also throwing for 327 yards.

The Bulldogs have seen better days as they currently are on a three-game losing streak. The team is averaging only 192 passing yards per game and 179 on the ground. The defense hasn't played too hot either, allowing an average of 396 total yards per game.

Texas A&M has struggled to find success against the Bulldogs in recent years. Losing three straight years, the team fell in Starkville 28-13 following a promising performance from Nick Fitzgerald during the 2018 campaign. The Aggies also were limited on the ground as former running back Trayveon Williams rushed for 26 yards.

The Aggies will host the Bulldogs on Saturday, October 26. The game will be nationally televised on SEC Network.
