David Sanders Jr. Speaks on If George MacIntyre Influences His Recruitment

In this story:
Providence Day School offensive tackle David Sanders Jr. is beginning to hone in on his recruitment. Clemson, Georgia, and Tennessee stand out for the impressive offensive lineman, who plans to return to Knoxville in March. He's noticed what the Vols are doing on the field and in the recruiting trail, specifically with one current commit.
Brentwood Academy quarterback George MacIntyre developed a previous relationship with Sanders during a recruiting trip to Alabama, and Sanders spoke about the impact of MacIntyre's commitment to Tennessee. In an interview with VolQuest, Sanders said, "I was very happy when he committed to Tennessee because I think he fits perfect in their offense. And he's going to make them very, very good."
Tennessee's coaching staff visited Sanders multiple times during the open period at his high school. They've invested a lot of time and resources into him, and their efforts have paid off. He said earlier last week that they are one of his "favorite" schools in America and that they hold a special place in his recruitment.
