Ty Jackson Sets Up Summer Official Visits

In this story:
Seminole Ridge High School inside linebacker Ty Jackson holds 26 offers and is one of the top players in his cycle. He's down to 10 schools and has set up several official visits for the summer. Jackson's top schools consist of Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Oklahoma, Penn State, Syracuse, Tennessee, and Texas A&M.
Jackson ranks as the No. 93 prospect in the 2025 class, according to the 247Sports' Composite Rankings. He logged 135 tackles, four forced fumbles, four tackles for loss, and two interceptions during his junior season. Offensively, he added 257 receiving yards and five touchdowns. He will see Florida State, Georgia, Penn State, and Tennessee on officials, he confirmed to Rivals' John Garcia Jr.
Ty Jackson's Official Visit Schedule
- Penn State: May 31 - June 2
- Georgia: June 7 - June 9
- Florida State: June 14 - June 16
- Tennessee: June 21 - June 23
Jackson visited Tennessee last summer, but this will be his first opportunity to see the team since they hired new linebackers coach William Inge. Inge served as Washington's co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach during the past two seasons and will work on setting his recruiting board at the position over the next few months. Jackson is definitely one of the names on his list, and the Vols now have a big opportunity with him.
