WATCH: 4-star Oakland running back, Tennessee target Jordan James talks Vols, transition to Murfreesboro and more after win

James switched from Brentwood Academy to the Patriots this offseason, but he hasn’t missed a beat.

Jordan James’ nickname is Mo-Mo.

According to Oakland wide receiver and fellow 4-star prospect Isaiah Horton, that “mo” stands for “mowing people down.”

James fit that description well Friday night, just as he has through this season — and just as he did at Brentwood Academy before he and Horton joined forces for the Patriots.

After Oakland’s 30-7 win over Riverdale in the “Battle of the ‘Boro,” James discussed his recruitment, the move to Oakland and much more with VR2 on SI.

James features the Vols in his top four choices, but he hasn’t narrowed anything beyond that.
