No. 5: Georgia Bulldogs

The last two images we had of Georgia football was despair and defeat.
The most painful loss was to Alabama in the SEC title game in a contest in which a Smart coach made some dumb moves.
That was followed by a loss to Texas in the Sugar Bowl, which meant virtually nothing to the Dawgs--and it showed.
But this Georgia, which has won 24 games in the past two seasons, returns 13 starters, including QB Jake Fromm and an offensive backfield which can move the ball on anyone on their schedule and even the mighty Tide.
The schedule brings Notre Dame to Athens and everyone else--including Florida--is beatable.
That could mean another 12-0 masterpiece and a place in the SEC title game.
Our TMG buddy and partner Tony Barnhart, Mr. College Fotball, thinks this is the Dawgs breakthrough season. But Tony is a Dawg.
We think there is again danger lurking in Atlanta (SEC title game) and it will again keep Georgia just outside of the Final Four.
