STORRS, Conn. – The 10th-ranked UConn women's basketball team (9-3) returns to non-conference action to face Oregon (9-5) Monday at 5 p.m. ET at Matthew Knight Arena. The game will air on ESPN2 and the UConn Sports Network.

The game will serve as a homecoming for redshirt senior Evina Westbrook, who is a native of Salem, Ore.

The Huskies are coming off a 78-41 win over Xavier Saturday. Freshman Caroline Ducharme led UConn with 20 points and added seven rebounds, five assists and four steals. Senior Christyn Williams notched 19 points and five rebounds. Senior Olivia Nelson-Ododa had career highs with eight blocks and five steals and added 11 points, six rebounds and four assists.

All nine players who were available for the game scored vs. Xavier. UConn notched 40 points in the paint and 28 points off rebounds.

UConn is 3-1 all-time vs. Oregon. The teams' last meeting came on Feb. 3, 2020, a 74-56 win for the Ducks. The loss broke UConn's seven-year home win streak at Gampel (previous loss: Jan. 5, 2013).

Oregon upset No. 7 Arizona, 68-66, in overtime Saturday. This season, Nyara Sabally leads the Ducks with 16.4 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. Head coach Kelly Graves is in his eighth season at Oregon.
