TROJANS BASEBALL UPDATE

USC dropped its final regular season series against Arizona 2-1, but won the last game of the three to end the regular season at 33-22-1. The Trojans finished in fourth place in the conference after being predicted to end the year in tenth place. New head coach Andy Stankiewicz's first season in charge at USC has been an overwhelming success.

The Trojans now turn their attention to the Pac-12 tournament. USC will face UCLA in a first round game in Scottsdale on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.

Beating UCLA would likely lock USC into the NCAA Tournament field.
