Andy Staples Touts Utah as one of the Most Improved Offenses in 2024

With returning stars and new dynamic faces on offense, the Utes are primed to return to and even surpass their 2021-2022 form, and On3's Andy Staples agrees.

Throughout the entire offseason, Andy Staples has been high on the Utes, and his latest comments keep that trend at a steady pace. Staples made a list of three teams who are his most improved offenses in 2024 in which Utah joins Auburn and Penn State as the featured programs.

When making his case for Utah, Staples said, "Utah, and this is very simple. Cam Rising is back. Also, Brant Kuithe coming back as well, which is a big target for him. But I think having Cam Rising as they go into the Big 12 will make that offense much more dynamic than it was."

His sentiment on Cam's return has been echoed throughout spring camp as players note how the entire vibe has changed for the better and having him under center makes them want to play their hardest because they know he will.

On top of Cam returning, he also has arguably the best weapons of his career with Dorian Singer, Taeshaun Lyons, Money Parks, Micah Pittman, Brant Kuithe, Landen King, and an electric running back room on top of potentially the best line he's ever played behind.

Going into an easier conference on paper, the Utes should have a field day with the talent they have acquired and developed on both sides of the ball, which should see them living up to the hype that pundits have placed on the program.
