2025 QB Shaker Reisig Commits to Utah

Shaker Reisig, a 2025 three-star QB out of Tulsa, Oklahoma announced his commitment to Utah in a post via X.

The 6'0" 200-pound recruit hailing from Union High School has thrown for over 5,000 yards with 52 touchdowns and only 9 interceptions in two seasons.

Reisig also received offers from BYU, Oklahoma State, Boston College, Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois, and Houston, among others, before ultimately committing to Utah.

He is the second quarterback to commit to the Utes from the 2025 class as four-star QB Wyatt Becker out of Sierra Canyon hard committed back in November. Becker, a 6'1" 180-pound QB had offers from Georgia, Oregon, Penn State, Ole Miss, and Florida State, among others.

With Cam Rising set to return for the 2024 season, Isaac Wilson slated to take the reins come 2025, and Reisig/Becker battling it out for 2026 and beyond, the most important position in football seems to have a bright future in Salt Lake City.
