EA Sports' Beloved College Football Series is Returning
College football fans rejoice! After 11 years of waiting and countless hours of wishing, EA Sports has officially revealed the next installment in the beloved franchise, College Football 25.
The last game in the series, NCAA Football 14, came out all the way back in 2013 and is universally recognized as one of the best sports video games of all time. In fact, it was such a memorable experience, that fans of the franchise still play the 11-year-old video game today.
The teaser trailer showed nostalgic clips of memorable college football moments, followed by some in-game development footage of iconic mascots.
Since it was just a teaser trailer, the full reveal was announced for May, with a release date slated in the summer.
When the trailer dropped, it sent shockwaves throughout the sports community and invoked instant nostalgia and memories of that summer in 2013.
As if the excitement and build-up to the 2024 season couldn't get any better, this announcement has only added fire to the flame, and fans across the nation can finally lead their favorite college to that elusive National Championship Trophy after all these years.
