Kyle Whittingham Snubbed Off Top 5 CFB Coaches List

J.D. PicKell of On3 Sports posted a list of his Top 5 coaches in college football and it left a lot of room for debate in the replies. 

While most fans would argue for the likes of Kalen DeBoer or Dan Lanning to be well entrenched within the top 5 college coaches, Kyle Whittingham is a name that doesn't get enough recognition or hype when it comes to the top coaches in the game. 

The longevity, consistency, and sustained success the Utes have had under Coach Whittingham is an incredible feat especially when considering that the other coaches on the list are backed by the most prestigious programs in the history of the sport which in turn automatically nets them the best of the best prospects and transfers. 

Especially in recent years winning back-to-back Pac-12 Championships in what could very well be considered the most competitive and cannibalistic era of the conference, Coach Whitt has established himself amongst the upper echelon of college coaching and will look to solidify his name further as he plans to continue the programs success in the Big 12.
