Utah Tied for Best Win Total Odds in Big 12
Although the college football season is still a far way out, FanDuel has just released their 2024 Big 12 win total odds and Chandler Vessels of On3 sports broke down every team.
Utah has the joint top win total odds with Kansas State at 9.5 over/under. According to Vessels, Utah should be immediate contenders for the Big 12 Championship after coming from a much more competitive Pac-12, especially with a healthy Cam Rising returning for one final season.
Trailing behind the Utes and the Wildcats in the odds are Arizona, Kansas, Texas Tech, and UCF all at 8.5 over/under. Iowa State, Oklahoma State, and TCU all sit at 7.5 over/under and West Virginia resides at 6.5 over/under. Meanwhile, Baylor, Cincinnati, and Colorado have their odds at 5.5 over/under, and Utah's arch-rival BYU sits with Arizona State and Houston at 4.5 over/under.
Despite Utah not having K-State on their schedule this year, Arizona, UCF, Iowa State, TCU, and Oklahoma State are all 7.5 win+ teams who will surely give the Utes a run for their money. However, opening up as the joint favorite to win the conference is yet another positive that Utah fans and players alike should be proud of after the way 2023 panned out.
