Six members of the Virginia men's lacrosse team have been selected to the 2023 All-ACC Men's Lacrosse Team, as determined by a vote of the conference's five head coaches.

Two Cavaliers - Connor Shellenberger and Petey LaSalla - were named All-ACC selections for the third-consecutive season, while Cole Kastner was selected to the All-ACC Team for the second time. Xander Dickson, Thomas McConvey, and Cade Saustad each earned All-ACC honors for the first time.

Virginia had the second-most All-ACC selections with six, trailing only Notre Dame's seven honorees. Duke had four selections and Syracuse one.

After taking three out of the four ACC Men's Lacrosse Awards last season, UVA did not receive a single award in 2023. Duke's Brennan O'Neill was named the ACC Offense Player of the Year and Duke head coach John Danowski was voted the ACC Coach of the Year. Notre Dame's Liam Entenmann was named both the ACC Goalie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year, while Syracuse's Joey Spallina was selected as the ACC Freshman of the Year.
