According to Jon Rothstein of CBS Spots, West Virginia forward Jimmy Bell intends to enter the NCAA Transfer portal.

Bell averaged 4.8 points and 5.2 rebounds per game in his lone season at WVU last season. 

The Saginaw, Michigan, native tried out for the WVU football team this spring, and head football coach Neal Brown stated he would evaluate Bell at the conclusion of the spring practice period and have a conversation with men's basketball head coach Bob Huggins.

Before committing to West Virginia, Bell spent his first two seasons at St. Louis before transferring Moberly Area Community College. He is averaging 3.8 points and 3.7 rebounds for his career.
