West Virginia University Athletics Director Wren Baker announced the 33rd class of honorees in the West Virginia University Sports Hall of Fame on Saturday.

The 2023 class includes:

- Trevor Gathman (Rifle) 

- Bruce Irvin (Football) 

- TeShawne Jackson (Gymnastics) 

- Jay Jacobs (Broadcaster) 

- Buddy Quertinmont (Men's Basketball) 

- Renee Riccio (Swimming)

Induction ceremonies will take place on Saturday, Sept. 23, prior to the West Virginia-Texas Tech football game.
