Everything We Know About Elden Ring DLC: Shadow of the Erdtree

A trailer from developers came out earlier today, showing off gameplay for the upcoming DLC.

The trailer initially shows Melenia's brother, Miquella, a god who previously had himself encased with the Hilgtree to save his sister from a fatal disease. We see Miquella's arm emerging from the cocoon as the voiceover says he "wields love to shrive clean the hearts of men" and "there is nothing more terrifying."

We also see a lot of Mesmer the Impaler, a man cloaked in red with a snake by his side. He appears to be one of the new main enemies, calling you the "bereft of light."
