Dan Brown is an Army Veteran turned Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over a decade of experience training everyone from collegiate athletes and up-and-coming youth to active seniors who treat retirement as a new season of unlocking physical potential. His passion for health and fitness began as a personal mission fueled by a desire to improve his own physical capabilities before becoming an Army officer. That journey not only reshaped his body but changed the entire course of his life. Dan specializes in guiding those who’ve never set foot in a gym toward doing things they once thought impossible—whether it’s their first push-up, learning to lift weights, or simply feeling confident in their own movement. With a welcoming approach, he makes strength and conditioning accessible, effective, and even a little fun… all while making it easier to stick with long-term. He firmly believes that unlocking physical potential is a key step toward achieving the best version of yourself.
