NFL Week 9 Picks Straight Up For Every Single Game

Steelers Money Line (-150)

It’s no secret the Steelers rely heavily on their defense, and future hall of famer T.J. Watt. The Steelers are at home this week against a 3-4 Titans team who just squeaked out a win over Atlanta. The Steelers seem to bring the heat more at home, and we don’t expect the Titans offense to put up many points in Pittsburgh on Sunday. Derrick Henry shouldn’t be able to dominate the game against this Steelers defense, and this is a big turning point in the season for the 4-3 Steelers at home. This feels like a simple, obvious play, but we’re rolling with the Pittsburgh money line (-150 at BetMGM).

Chiefs Money Line (-145)

The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off a horrendous game in the biggest shock of the season thus far in their loss to the Broncos. Mahomes hasn’t been himself all season, but he’s healthy as far as we know, and it feels like that part of the year where Andy Reid will get this group together and make sure that they’re ready for another deep playoff run. They’re facing a very good Dolphins team, but the Phins come off a boring win over a decimated Patriots team who they almost struggled with. This just feels like a perfect time to hammer the Chiefs and expect an explosive game from an ultra-competitive Patrick Mahomes, who wants to prove he’s still the top dog in the AFC. Chiefs money line (-145) is a max play in Week 9.

Falcons Money Line (-225)

Of our three expert NFL Week 9 picks straight up, the Falcons are the steepest in odds, but we’re confident they’ll win on Sunday. The loss of Kirk Cousins is simply a crushing blow to a Vikings team that already wasn’t having their greatest season by any means. Our experts think the Vikings are heading for disaster, and it likely starts here against the Falcons on the road. Lay the juice, and go with Atlanta to beat this demoralized team at (-225) at BetMGM.

Patriots Money Line (-175)

The Patriots are simply desperate at this point, and may even start tanking for a draft pick after Kendrick Bourne’s injury this past week. However, they return home after staying in the game with the Dolphins, and we just think they might be able to take out this Commanders team that has been selling their defensive line.

Browns Money Line (-375)

This is a game that we’d likely advise you to avoid due to the line. However, we do need to go with the Browns, thanks to their defense against a 1-7 Cardinals team.

Rams Money Line (+140)

This line seems very generous for Super Bowl champion Matthew Stafford. Kupp is fully healthy and Nacua has been outstanding. Jordan Love just hasn’t hasn’t proven he can win these types of games, and we’re going with the more experienced winners here at a great price of (+140).

Saints Money Line (-350)

The Bears are a trainwreck without Justin Fields, and they were already in trouble before his injury. We simply cannot back the Bears here.

Ravens Money Line (-250)

Lamar Jackson is showtime and these Ravens are looking to prove themselves as Super Bowl contenders every week. They get the Seahawks in what should be a good game, but we have to pick the Ravens who are coming off a good win.

Buccaneers Money Line (+120)

This should be a close game, and we’re struggling to pick a side here. We want to give the Bucs the edge due to Mayfield’s experience, and it feels like a spot for a slight upset for Tampa.

Colts Money Line (-150)

This bet is not for the faint of heart, but the Panthers are 1-6 for a reason, and the Colts are another team hoping to take advantage of them here in Week 9.

Giants Money Line (+115)

The Giants vs. Raiders is not the most exciting game ever, but we believe the Giants have a chance to pick themselves up against Jimmy G. and the Raiders. Garoppolo has been banged up and the Giants could force some turnovers to sneak out with a win.

Eagles Money Line (-155)

This is potentially the game of the week with the Cowboys vs. Eagles. The Eagles look like a wagon though, and Dak Prescott never seems to have his best stuff in these types of games. This feels like the 49ers game where the Cowboys couldn’t handle the heat. Let’s stick with Philly here.

Bills Money Line (+115)

Neither of these teams have gotten off to great starts despite being some of the top favorites to win the Super Bowl. However, we like Josh Allen and the Bills to outplay the Bengals as underdogs here.

Jets Money Line (+130)

To wrap up our NFL picks straight up, we’re going with the Jets to take down the Chargers at home. The Jets need these types of wins if they want to see Rodgers return for the playoffs, and we think the NFL wants to see it too. Take the Jets here.
