UPDATE: Alperen Sengun's Injury Status For Knicks-Rockets Game

Alperen Sengun is on the injury report for Monday's game.

On Monday evening, the Houston Rockets will host the New York Knicks in Texas. 

For the game, the Rockets could be without one of their best players, as Alperen Sengun is on the injury report.   

Sengun missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play). 

Via Adam Spolane of SportsRadio 610 on Sunday: "Rockets list Alperen Sengun as questionable for tomorrow night's game against the Knicks. Cam Whitmore, Fred VanVleet and Tari Eason remain out"

Sengun has played in 51 games and is averaging 21.3 points, 9.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 54.1% from the field and 28.9% from the three-point range.  

The Rockets are the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a 23-29 record in 52 games. 

They are in the middle of a four-game losing streak and are 3-7 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Rockets lost to Dejounte Murray and the Atlanta Hawks by a score of 122-113 at State Farm Arena. 

Following the Knicks, they will travel to Tennessee to face off against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday evening. 

As for the Knicks, they are the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 33-20 record in 53 games. 

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games. 

Following the Rockets, the Knicks will remain on the road and face off against the Orlando Magic on Wednesday evening in Florida.
