UPDATE: Anthony Davis' Current Injury Status For Bulls-Lakers Game

Anthony Davis is on the injury report for Thursday's game.

On Thursday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will host the Chicago Bulls in California. 

For the game, the Lakers could be without one of their best players, as starting forward Anthony Davis is on the injury report. 

Via Underdog NBA: "Anthony Davis (Achilles) questionable for Thursday."

Davis has played in 43 games and is averaging 25.0 points, 12.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.4 blocks per contest while shooting 55.8% from the field and 30.4% from the three-point range.    

The Lakers are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 22-23 record in their first 45 games. 

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently lost to James Harden and the Los Angeles Clippers by a score of 127-116.  

In 36 minutes of playing time, Davis had 26 points, 12 rebounds and two assists while shooting 12/20 from the field and 0/1 from the three-point range.

Following the Bulls, the Lakers will travel to San Francisco to face off against Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors on Saturday evening at the Chase Center.  

As for the Bulls, they are the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 21-24 record in their first 45 games. 

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns by a score of 115-113. 

Following the Lakers, the Bulls will remain on the road to face off against Deandre Ayton and the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday evening in Oregon.
