Anthony Davis' Official Injury Status For Lakers-Hawks Game

Anthony Davis is on the injury report for Tuesday's game.

On Tuesday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will be in Georgia to face off against Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena.   

For the game, they will be without one of their best players, as 2020 NBA Champion Anthony Davis has been ruled out.

Davis has played in 46 games and is averaging 24.9 points, 12.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.3 blocks per contest while shooting 55.4% from the field and 31.5% from the three-point range.  

The Lakers are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 24-24 record in their first 48 games. 

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently lost to Jalen Green and the Houston Rockets by a score of 135-119. 

In 29 minutes of playing time, Davis had 23 points, seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block while shooting 10/20 from the field and 3/3 from the three-point range.  

Following the Hawks, the Lakers will travel to Boston for a matchup with Jayson Tatum and the Celtics on Thursday evening. 

As for the Hawks, they are the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 19-27 record in their first 46 games.  

They are 4-6 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Toronto Raptors by a score of 126-125. 

Following Los Angeles, the Hawks will remain at home to host Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns on Friday evening at State Farm Arena.
