UPDATE: Bam Adebayo's Current Injury Status For Heat-Bucks Game

Bam Adebayo is on the injury report for Game 5.

UPDATE: Bam Adebayo has been upgraded to available.

On Wednesday evening, the Miami Heat will be in Wisconsin to face off with the Milwaukee Bucks for Game 5 of their first-round playoff series.

For the game, All-Star center Bam Adebayo is on the injury report.

However, the former Kentucky star is listed as probable, so he should end up being in the starting lineup.

Underdog NBA: "Bam Adebayo (hamstring) probable for Wednesday."

Adebayo is one of the most important players on the team and averaged an excellent 20.4 points, 9.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 54.0% from the field during the regular season.

The Heat currently have a 3-1 lead in the series, so they can close out the Bucks with a win on Wednesday night.

They went 44-38 during the regular season, which had them as the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference.

However, the Heat lost to the Atlanta Hawks in their first play-in tournament game, so they are the eighth seed.

Despite their mediocre season, the franchise has been to the Conference Finals in two of the previous three seasons (they made the NBA Finals in 2020).

As for the Bucks, they went 58-24, which was the best record in the league.

Therefore, losing in the first round would be a massive disappointment.

If the Bucks are able to survive, Game 6 will be back in Miami on Friday night.

Whoever wins the series will advance to the second round and face off against either the Cleveland Cavaliers or New York Knicks.
