UPDATE: Brandon Ingram's Current Injury Status For Pelicans-Nuggets Game

Brandon Ingram is on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the New Orleans Pelicans will be in Denver to face off against Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets.    

For the game, the Pelicans could be without one of their best players, as Brandon Ingram is on the injury report.

Ingram has played in 35 games and has averages of 22.0 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.4 assists per contest while shooting 50.0% from the field and 35.3% from the three-point range. 

The Pelicans are the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 23-15 record in their first 38 games. 

They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Pelicans beat the Golden State Warriors by a score of 141-105. 

In 23 minutes of playing time, Ingram had 13 points, five rebounds, one assist and one steal while shooting 5/12 from the field and 1/3 from the three-point range. 

Following the Nuggets, the Pelicans will visit Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday evening in Texas. 

On the road, they are 11-7 in 18 games. 

As for the Nuggets, they are the third seed in the Western Conference with a 26-13 record in their first 39 games. 

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Utah Jazz by a score of 124-111. 

Following the Pelicans, the Nuggets will host Myles Turner and the Indiana Pacers on Sunday afternoon in Denver.
