BREAKING: LeBron James' Final Injury Status For Lakers-Suns Game

LeBron James is available for Sunday's game.

On Sunday afternoon, the Los Angeles Lakers are in Arizona to face off against Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns. 

For the game, they will have their best player in the starting lineup, as four-time NBA Champion LeBron James has been upgraded to available.    

Via Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation: "Anthony Davis (bilateral Achilles tendinopathy & left hip spasm) and LeBron James (left ankle peroneal tendinopathy) have been upgraded to AVAILABLE for today’s game at Phoenix."

James has played in 50 games and is averaging 24.9 points, 7.2 rebounds, 7.8 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 52.2% from the field and 39.8% from the three-point range.  

The Lakers are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 31-27 record in 58 games. 

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently beat the San Antonio Spurs by a score of 123-118. 

In 34 minutes of playing time, James had 30 points, seven rebounds, nine assists and one steal while shooting 13/22 from the field and 2/3 from the three-point range. 

Following their showdown with the Suns, the Lakers will return to Los Angeles and play James Harden and the Clippers (as the road team) on Wednesday evening. 

As for the Suns, they are the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 33-24 record in 57 games. 

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak but are also 6-4 over their last ten games. 

After the Lakers, the Suns will host the Houston Rockets on Thursday evening.
