UPDATE: Andrew Wiggins' Updated Status For Wizards-Warriors Game

Andrew Wiggins has been added to the injury report for Friday's game.

UPDATE: Andrew Wiggins has been ruled out (h/t ESPN's Kendra Andrews).  

On Friday evening, the Golden State Warriors will host the Washington Wizards at the Chase Center in San Francisco.  

For the game, Andrew Wiggins has been added to the injury report due to an illness.  

Via Underdog NBA: "Andrew Wiggins (illness) now listed questionable Friday."

Wiggins has played in 25 games so far this season and is averaging 12.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.1 assists per contest while shooting 42.0% from the field and 30.0% from the three-point range.   

The Warriors are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 13-14 record in their first 27 games. 

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and in the middle of a three-game winning streak. 

Most recently, the Warriors beat the Boston Celtics (at home) by a score of 132-126 in overtime on Tuesday.  

In 22 minutes of playing time, Wiggins had six points, seven rebounds and one assist while shooting 2/11 from the field. 

Following Friday's matchup with the Wizards, the Warriors will host Deandre Ayton and the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday. 

At home, the Warriors have gone 7-6 in the 13 games they have played at the Chase Center. 

As for the Wizards, they are the 14th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 5-22 record in their first 27 games. 

They are 2-8 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Trail Blazers by a score of 118-117 (in Oregon). 

Following the Warriors, the Wizards will play their next game on Tuesday when they host the Orlando Magic.
