BREAKING: Draymond Green's Injury Status In Clippers-Warriors Game

On Wednesday evening, the Golden State Warriors are playing the Los Angeles Clippers at the Chase Center.    

During the second half, four-time NBA Champion Draymond Green went to the locker room after getting elbowed in the face.

Green has five points, six rebounds and one assist while shooting 2/6 from the field and 1/2 from the three-point range in 14 minutes of playing time. 

There has been no word from the team on his status for the remainder of the night. 

Via Anthony Slater of The Athletic: "Draymond Green just took an Ivica Zubac right elbow to the chin. Stayed down for a few possessions while the action continued around him. Just walked to the locker room after timeout finally called."

Green came into the evening with averages of 9.2 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.2 assists per contest while shooting 51.1% from the field and 40.6% from the three-point range in 27 games.  

The Warriors are the tenth seed in the Western Conference with a 26-25 record in 51 games. 

They are in the middle of a five-game winning streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games. 

Following the Clippers, the Warriors will travel to Salt Lake City for a matchup with the Utah Jazz on Thursday evening, which will be their final game before the All-Star break.
