BREAKING: LeBron James' Final Injury Status For Lakers-Warriors Game

LeBron James has been ruled out for Saturday's game.

On Saturday night, the Los Angeles Lakers will be without their best player when they face off with the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

LeBron James has been ruled out for the second straight game due to an ankle injury.

Underdog NBA: "LeBron James (ankle) ruled out Saturday."

The four-time NBA Champion is in the middle of another extraordinary season with averages of 30.2 points, 8.5 rebounds and 7.0 assists per contest in 44 games.

That said, the Lakers come into the evening with a 25-31 record in 56 games, which has them as the 13th seed in the Western Conference.

They are 4-6 in their last ten games and in the middle of a three-game losing streak.

On the road, the Lakers are 12-17 in 29 games.

The Western Conference has been tight, so they are only 4.5 games out of the sixth seed (the final guaranteed playoff spot) and 2.5 games out of the tenth seed (the final play-in tournament spot).

In addition, the Lakers will be a much different team for the rest of the season because they made several trades this week.

As for the Warriors, they are tied for the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 28-27 record in 55 games.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and an outstanding 21-6 in the 27 games they have hosted at home in San Francisco.

Last season, the Lakers missed the playoffs, while the Warriors won the NBA Championship.
