BREAKING: Steph Curry's Final Injury Status For Warriors-Rockets Game

Steph Curry will be available for Sunday's game.

On Sunday evening, the Golden State Warriors are in Texas to face off against the Houston Rockets. 

The Warriors are 1-1 in their first two games and coming off a 122-114 victory over the Sacramento Kings (on Friday). 

For Sunday's game, they will have their best player in the starting lineup, as Steph Curry has been upgraded to available.  

Via Underdog NBA: "Stephen Curry (foot) will play Sunday."

Curry was brilliant in Friday's victory, as the two-time MVP had 41 points, four rebounds and four assists in 35 minutes of playing time. 

He is coming off another sensational season where he averaged 29.4 points, 6.1 rebounds and 6.3 assists per contest while shooting 49.3% from the field and 42.7% from the three-point range in 56 games. 

The Warriors were the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 44-38 record. 

They beat the Kings in the first round of the NBA playoffs but lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round (in six games). 

Following the Rockets, the Warriors will play their next game against the New Orleans Pelicans in Louisiana on Monday. 

As for the Rockets, they are 0-2 through the first two games of the new season and coming off a 126-122 loss to the San Antonio Spurs.  

Last season, they were the 14th seed in the Western Conference with a 22-60 record and missed the NBA playoffs for the third straight season.

Following the Warriors, the Rockets will host LaMelo Ball and the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night.
